RDE Investments specialises in growth capital for profitable businesses. We provide both the decades of experience of a grey haired investment committee, and the practical advice of a team of recovering entrepreneurs.We are currently searching for businesses trading at between R3m and R10m in EBITDA.
Who we invest in
RDE Investments specialises in growth capital.Our preferred investments are in businesses that have already established that their fundamental model works, and are making a profit from it. We like to support growth opportunities - product/service expansion, new markets, acquisitions, team building, and so forth.We will invest in any business that we can understand - both so that we can value it fairly but also so that our experience and insight can support further growth. Our team has decades of experience in the general South African business context, so we tend to understand most businesses with clean financials.
